Rabbit with green olives is a native recipe of La Chalcidique.
This gigantic peninsula in Greece’s Northeast shaped like an animal leg with toes pointing to the Aegean Sea, is widely known for its traditional cuisine. A ratatouille with olive oil and bread seasoned with garlic and thyme will accompany your terrine to perfection.
