A unique success!

During the Bocuse d'Or 2011, the bookshop of the Bocuse d'Or Winners’Academy gained two new works: “34 Chefs, 34 Recipes” In this beautiful book, each winner of the world's most famous cooking contest briefl y presents his/her professional path and offers one favorite recipe. Each recipe is accompanied by wine recommendations by the grand sommelier Jacques Othon.

“The man behind the Champion” Each chef agreed to the interview's playful a-b-c format where one expresses spontaneously what each letter brings to mind, and not keeping within the limits of the profession. The result: a surprising collection of portraits fi lled with seriousness, humor, emotion... This book by Catherine Guérin includes magnifi cent photos.
