What is your perception of the Rougié trademark?
What do you think of the quality, traceability and price of our products?

Rougié has chosen to be at your side and to constantly strive to meet all your expectations, as a true partner for the creativity of chefs.
In June 2003, we called upon a survey firm to ask you these questions, as we had already done two years ago. The biennial opinion poll is very important to us.

Not only does it tell us the overall image you have of us, but it also measures, as precisely as possible, the evolution of your satisfaction with respect to such essential issues as quality, traceability, and the matching of our products to your needs.

The survey showed that above and beyond the indisputable renown of our trademark (80%, way ahead of our competitors), the greatest and increasing source of satisfaction concerned the quality of our raw foie gras (94.7%) and the matching of our products to your needs (86.3%).

Our communication with you through our advertising and our Dialogues Gourmands newsletter is seen in a very positive light, although the survey revealed that you would like more information on traceability and on our company itself. We will therefore devote more articles to those topics in the next issues of our newsletter. Read on !
