The Rougié Trophy Thursday 01 October 2009
at the the next trade show “Carrefour des Metiers de Bouche”During the 10th annual Carrefour des Metiers de Bouche that will take place in Niort, November 14 to 18, Rougié will once again get involved in the regional contests with the Foie Gras Trophy. This contest, co-organized with CARCED on November 15, will this year highlight working with hot foie gras, namely the mini-slice. The Trophy’s winner will be chosen by a jury presided over by Thierry VERRAT, starred chef at La Ribaudiere in Bourg-Charente.
