Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the film lid. Turn the tray upside down. Widen the edges to let air penetrate to the bottom. If needed, slip the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Cut into slices at least 1 cm thick.
