Preparation tips

Frozen use: In a cold pan at 10-15°C (without adding fat), sauté the still frozen cutlets for 6 to 8 minutes. The core cooking temperature should reach 55°C.
Thawed use: After thawing them (15 to 20 min in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C), sauté the cutlets and cook them like a fresh product (2 to 3 min per side).
