Preparation tips

To cook. Use frozen: Two cooking methods are possible. For larger quantities, sear the still frozen escalopes in a pan without fat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, then bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 160/180°C. For smaller quantities, pan-sear directly for 4 minutes per side at 150°C.
