Preparation tips
In a bain-marie: Submerge the bag without opening it in simmering water. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 15 to 20 min. In the Microwave: Pierce the bag then place it in the microwave for 2 min at maximum power. In the Pan: Empty the bag into a pan and reheat over low heat for 5 min.
