Preparation tips
Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Open both ends of the tin with a can opener. Using one of the two ends, unmold the product by pushing it out of the tin. Slice with a smooth-bladed knife, previously heated under hot water, or with a lyre.
