Duck foie gras, water, black truffle pieces (Tuber melanosporum) 4.5% (black truffle 4.43%, truffle juice, salt), Armagnac, salt, sugar, pepper, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Remove the product from the fridge 15 minutes before serving. Remove the lid. Turn the tray upside down. Gently lift the edges to allow air to reach the base. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Turn out. Slice using a smooth-bladed knife that has been warmed under hot water, or a pastry cutter.
