South-West duck foie gras (origin France), salt, Armagnac, sugar, pepper, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Remove the lid. Turn the tray upside down. Spread the edges to allow air to penetrate the bottom. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Slice using a smooth-blade knife previously heated under hot water or a lyre.
