Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar. Using a smooth-blade knife (previously run under hot water), unmold the product by running the blade between the liver and the jar’s wall. To cut portions, heat the knife blade or use a lyre. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
