Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar. Using a smooth-bladed knife (previously dipped in hot water), unmold the product by running the blade between the liver and the wall of the jar. To cut slices, heat the knife blade or use a lyre. Consume quickly after opening.
