Preparation tips
Place the product in the refrigerator the day before. Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar. Using a smooth-bladed knife (previously run under hot water), unmold the product by running the blade between the foie and the walls of the jar. To cut slices, heat the knife blade or use a lyre. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
