Preparation tips

To cook.

FROZEN USE: Sear your still-frozen slices in a pan without fat for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Then bake them for 6 to 8 minutes at 160/180 °C.

DEFROSTED USE: After defrosting them (15 to 20 minutes in the refrigerator between 0 °C and 4 °C), pan-fry your slices and cook them like a fresh product (2 to 3 minutes per side).
