Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the cover. Turn the tray over. Spread the edges to allow air to penetrate to the bottom. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Cut slices at least 1 cm thick.
