Rabbit with green olives is a specialty originating from Chalcidice. This gigantic paw-shaped peninsula with its three fingers stretching into the Aegean Sea, located in the Northeast of Greece, is well known for its traditional cuisine.

Rabbit meat 30%, pork fat, chicken liver, olives 10%, egg, water, basil, potato starch, olive oil 1.5%, mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), thickeners (carrageenan, locust bean gum, and potassium chloride), salt, garlic pulp (garlic, salt, acidifier: citric acid), Porto, Cognac, skim milk powder, chicken stock (potato starch, salt, flavors, chicken fat, herbs, dehydrated chicken, dehydrated leeks, dehydrated carrots, spices, antioxidant: rosemary extract), dextrose, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the lid. Turn the tray upside down. Spread the edges to allow air to penetrate to the bottom. If necessary, slide a knife blade between the product and the tray. Unmold. Cut slices at least 1 cm thick.
