Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the cover. Turn the tray upside down. Pull back the edges to allow air to penetrate to the bottom. If necessary, slide a knife blade between the product and the tray. Unmold. Cut into slices at least 1 cm thick.
