Preparation tips
Place the product in the refrigerator the day before. Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar. Using a smooth blade knife (previously run under hot water) unmold the product by running the blade between the foie and the side of the jar. To cut portions, heat the blade of the knife or use a wire cutter. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
