Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 min before tasting. Remove the lid. Turn the tray upside down. Push the edges apart to allow air to penetrate the bottom. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Slice with a smooth-bladed knife previously heated under hot water or a cheese wire. Consume quickly after opening.
