Preparation tips

Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar. Using a smooth blade knife (previously run under hot water), unmold the product by running the blade between the foie gras and the jar wall. To cut portions, heat the knife blade or use a wire cutter. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
