Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the seal. Turn the tray over. Pull the edges apart to allow air to enter the bottom. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Slice using a smooth-bladed knife previously heated under hot water or a lyre. Consume quickly after opening.
