Preparation tips
Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the lid. Turn the tray upside down. Pull the edges apart to allow air to penetrate to the bottom. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Slice using a smooth blade knife previously heated under hot water or a slicer.
