Preparation tips
Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Remove the lid. Turn the tray over. Pull back the edges to let air reach the bottom. If necessary, slide a knife blade between the product and the tray. Unmold. Cut into slices at least 1 cm thick.
