Preparation tips

Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar. Using a smooth-edged knife (previously run under hot water), unmold the product by running the blade between the foie and the jar wall. To cut into portions, heat the knife blade or use a wire. Consume quickly after opening.
