Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 mins before tasting. Remove the seal. Turn the tray upside down. Spread the edges to let air penetrate to the bottom. If necessary, slide the blade of a knife between the product and the tray. Unmold. Slice using a smooth blade knife previously heated under hot water or with a wire.
