The day before, place the product in the refrigerator. Take the product out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before tasting. Open both ends of the can with a can opener. Using one of the two ends, unmold the product by pushing it out of the can. Slice with a smooth-bladed knife previously heated under hot water or with a cheese wire. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
